Terms and Conditions

Introduction: These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of pets through our online e-commerce platform. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. Availability of Pets: While we make every effort to ensure the availability of the pets advertised on our website, we cannot guarantee their availability at all times. If a pet is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund, including any deposit made.
  2. Order Acceptance: Your order is not considered accepted until we have confirmed your purchase in writing. We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason.
  3. Payment: We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and PayPal. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the purchase of a pet. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery.
  4. Shipping and Delivery: The cost of shipping and delivery will be determined by the size, weight, and destination of the pet. We will provide an estimated delivery date, but this date is subject to change. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery that are outside of our control.
  5. Health Guarantee: All pets are guaranteed to be healthy at the time of delivery. If, within 72 hours of delivery, you believe your pet is not in good health, you must contact us immediately.
  6. Returns and Refunds: Pets are not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of a health guarantee claim as outlined in section 6. Deposits are non-refundable.
  7. Limitation of Liability: Our liability to you for any reason, and regardless of the form of the action, is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the pet.
  8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the pet was purchased.
  9. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our e-commerce platform following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions

Petland Gahanna (“Petland Gahanna”, “we”, or “us”) operates a mobile messaging program hereinafter the “Program” subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Mobile Messaging Terms”). The Program and our collection and use of your personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

  1. Program Description: We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages in various formats through the Program. Promotional messages advertise and promote our products and services and may include promotions, specials, other marketing offers, and abandoned checkout reminders. Transactional messages relate to an existing or ongoing transaction and may include order notifications and updates, appointment reminders, and other transaction-related information. Mobile messages may be sent using an automated technology, including an autodialer, automated system, or automatic telephone dialing system. You agree that we, our affiliates, and any third-party service providers may send you messages regarding the foregoing topics or any topic and that such messages and/or calls may be made or placed using different telephone numbers or short codes. We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program but you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your mobile provider, as standard data and message rates may apply for SMS and MMS alerts.
  2. User Opt-in: By providing your mobile phone number to us, you are voluntarily opting in to the Program and you agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in, even if such number is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list. You agree that any mobile phone number you provide to us is a valid mobile phone number of which you are the owner or authorized user. If you change your mobile phone number or are no longer the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number, you agree to promptly notify us. Your participation in the Program is not required to make any purchase from us and your participation in the Program is completely voluntary.
  3. User Opt-out and Support: You may opt-out of the Program at any time. If you wish to opt-out of the Program and stop receiving mobile messages from us, or you no longer agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, and/or UNSUBSCRIBE to any mobile message from us. You may continue to receive text messages for a short period while we process your request and you may receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message. You understand and agree that the foregoing is the only reasonable method of opting out. For support, reply HELP to any mobile message from us.
  4. Consent to Telemarketing and AI Voice Communications: By providing my telephone number and clicking “I Agree” (or signing below), I expressly consent to receive telemarketing and promotional calls and text messages from or on behalf of Petland Gahanna, which may be delivered using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer) and/or an artificial or prerecorded voice, including AI-generated voice technology.

Calls may be made using AI-generated voices. These calls are designed to provide helpful information about our products or services and may simulate a live agent.

I understand that these calls or messages may be delivered to my wireless number, residential line, or other contact number I provided, even if that number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call list.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability: The Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all mobile providers. You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any mobile message or information sent through the Program.
  2. Modifications: We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Any such modification will take effect when it is posted to our website. You agree to review these Mobile Messaging Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of those modifications.
